DJ’s are great ! Venue is perfect for any sporting event. Perfect balance of a laid back atmosphere but also a great energy for game-days. Make sure you ask for Juli or Karen as they were extremely attentive and helpful.

My first time at this location last night on March 28, 2026 and everything about this spot was absolutely great. The waiters and managers were immaculate and very nice and professional. My group will be patrons from here on out. We were actually at the Palomino which is connected to backyard.

Went for one of the Argentina games and Uruguay games for the World Cup and it had to be one of the best venues I’ve ever attended! Chloe made the whole thing special with fantastic service!

Can't miss if you coming here for a good time, food, ambiance, and service. From the personality and comfort of the security staff to our server Karen and bartender Wick, we were treated special. The food..will be back to try more of the menu. Burger had a signature taste and the fries are top notch. Chicken fingers and quesadillas were perfect, guac and sour cream to boot. Found a new spot to regular.

From the moment you walked in, tails were wagging and smiles were everywhere. Backyard turned their space into a dog paradise—plenty of room for pups to play, relax, and soak up all the love from the community. You could tell right away that this wasn’t just a “pet-friendly” venue; they genuinely welcome dogs and their humans like family. The staff deserves a huge shout-out. They weren’t just there to work; they were in the spirit of the festival—handing out water bowls, giving belly rubs, and making sure both two-legged and four-legged guests felt right at home. Their energy made the whole place buzz with joy. And let’s talk food—wow! Backyard served up the kind of eats that keep people talking long after the event. From mouth-watering bites to refreshing drinks, it was the perfect fuel for a day of dog-filled fun. Pair that with live music, games, and the incredible lineup of vendors and rescues, and you had an event that brought the whole Dallas dog-lover community together. Backyard didn’t just host—they supported, encouraged, and amplified what Dog Day Fest was all about: community, connection, and celebrating our pups. A few weeks ago, we hosted a corporate buyout for about 300 guests at Backyard, and the entire group had an amazing time! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the games were perfect for networking and team-building. Our logo even appeared on the screens, and the live band added an extra layer of excitement. Chloe did an outstanding job coordinating every detail from start to finish, ensuring the event ran seamlessly. The food was absolutely fantastic! We can’t wait to host another event here in the future.

We rented out the full venue for a team event and days later I am still getting feedback on how much everyone loved it! The food was amazing (we did drink tickets, passed appetizers, and the BBQ dinner buffet package), the team loved all the different activity options because there was something for everyone, and the vibes were great! They programmed the LED lights throughout to match our company colors and displayed our company logo on all of the screens. The staff was so kind, helpful, and fun! Personally, I worked with Chloe to coordinate everything and she made everything to straightforward and easy. Jorge was our main security for the night and ensured that all people who came in truly were with our team. Both of them were so pleasant and wonderful to work with! I truly cannot recommend Backyard Dallas enough for any large scale event - will absolutely be bringing teams here again in the future!

Everything about this establishment met my needs. I’m not easy to please, but my server was amazing. Please ask for Izzy. If you visit the backyard she accommodated our pets as well as us and was very attentive. The atmosphere is amazing especially if you have big dogs.lol the food is tasteful as well … great experience 10 out of 10 I will visit again
